Our online services are through Zoom or Teams. In person only is Christchurch based.

With more than 25 years' experience across emergency management, education, local government, disability advocacy, and community sectors, I provide professional supervision, coaching, and mentoring for leaders and practitioners working in complex environments. Grounded in reflective practice, curiosity, and authentic relationships, my approach supports professional growth, wellbeing, and sustainable performance.
Alongside my own practice, I work with a network of experienced coaches, supervisors, and practitioners who bring extensive experience across public, private, and community sectors. Together, we offer tailored support for leadership development, career transitions, professional growth, and workplace challenges.
We also provide career coaching and vocational guidance for young people entering the workforce, with particular expertise in New Zealand's trades and apprenticeship pathways.
To provide flexibility and accessibility, services are delivered primarily during evenings and weekends, with each client matched to the practitioner best suited to their goals and needs.
